I remember when I was little, I used to eat baby snack called ta-ma-go bo-ro, which translates as Egg snack in English.
The recipe is pretty simple. There are only four ingredients, yolk, potato starch, sugar and milk.
Since I am a grown up, I decided to add flavor to it. I added red miso paste, grounded sesame powder, curry powder and coconuts fine. I have to say plain was the best, but other flavor weren't too bad.
Here is a recipe.
Yolk 1
potato starch 80g
sugar 30g
milk 1~1 1/2 tsp
Mix the yolk and sugar. Add sugar and mix.
Add the milk little by little. Check the consistency. It should be like dry cray.
Roll it into logs and cut. Make balls and bake them.
320F for about 16min.
